• Minimum of 8 years of experience in an MIS or IT-related role. Especially manager role at least 4 years.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining MIS systems in medium to large manufacturing.
• Experience in data management, reporting tools, and analytics platforms.
• Strong experience handling hardware, network, and software-related tasks independently.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practice

Responsibilities & Context
The MIS Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s information systems, ensuring data accuracy, creating reports, and leading system development. This role involves overseeing ERP system implementation across the organization and management reporting.
• Key Responsibilities:
• System Design, Development, and Implementation:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable MIS systems that meet the needs of different departments.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure systems are user-friendly and integrate seamlessly with other enterprise software solutions.
• Oversee the management of databases, reporting tools, and dashboards.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Collect, organize, and manage data from various business units for reporting and analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security at all times.
• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support management and operational decision-making.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management and other departments.
• Project Management and Delivery:
• Manage MIS-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and set milestones to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, business units) to ensure smooth implementation of new systems or updates.
• Manage vendor relationships, if applicable, for outsourced services or tools.
• MIS System Maintenance and Optimization:
• Regularly assess the performance and reliability of existing systems, identifying areas for improvement or upgrades.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within MIS systems as they arise.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure that systems are continuously optimized for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Data Security and Compliance:
• Ensure all MIS systems comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards.
• Implement and maintain data security protocols to protect sensitive company data from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
• Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure data privacy and security best practices are followed.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Train and guide staff from various departments on IT skills, including system usage, troubleshooting, and software solutions.
• Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance staff technical skills and increase overall efficiency.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
• Maintain strong communication with department heads to understand their MIS-related needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Provide training to end users on new tools, dashboards, or reporting systems.
• Resource Management:
• Assist in preparing and managing resources are used efficiently.
• Manage procurement of software, tools, and technologies required for the MIS function within the allocated budget.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Drive ongoing process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative solutions.
• Hardware, Network, and Software Management:
• Oversee all hardware, network, and software-related activities within the organization, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and functioning smoothly.
• Independently manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and software systems, ensuring high levels of availability and security
